White Vaginal Discharge
A white vaginal discharge is normal, but the virus that causes a venereal wart or genital wart can cause an odor.
If you notice any changes in the secretions accompanied by discomfort, itching, burning, dryness of the vagina, redness or swelling, cottage cheese-like substance (contrary to normal cloudy), odor, or other symptoms, contact a doctor to find out the exact cause of the condition and receive adequate treatment.

Some changes in the color and amount of such secretions can occur due to a variety of causes.
