Vulvar condyloma can be detedcted with a colposcopy and removed with cryotherapy. The disease often is asymptomatic. Pruritus or occasional bleeding often make the patient seek medical care. HPV infection of the vulva can result in the development of squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva. The infection is very often associated with cancer. The condition is acquired through sexual contact with about two thirds of individuals who have sexual contact with an infected partner getting infected. The incubation period is believed to be about 3 months, although this is not for sure. Vulvar condyloma can be detedcted with a colposcopy and removed with cryotherapy.
