Bacterial In Pregnancy Vaginosis
Sometimes, bacterial in pregnancy vaginosis can lead to a miscarriage and other complications; a cone biopsy is not the option for treating BV.
Women with this condition more often have babies born early or with low birth weight. As many as 16% of pregnant women are diagnosed with BV. Regardless of the absence of symptoms, treatment should be implemented for pregnant women because of the increased risk of serious complications.
