Thick Yellow Vaginal Discharge
Thick yellow vaginal discharge is rarely a symptom of lichen sclerosus but could be caused by HPV virus that can lead to cervical dysplasia.
Vaginal creams are very helpful; to prevent the reoccurence of this infection and aid in treatment, cranberry juice and yogurt are hepful. There exist some oral medications, but they should not be used during pregnancy.

Chunky vaginal secretion that looks like cottage cheese is a common sign of a vaginal yeast infection, which is common among women. Painful intercourse and urination and vaginal itching and burning also characterize this condition. This disorder is usually easy to treat.
