Milky White Vaginal Discharge
A milky white vaginal discharge is healthy; if abnormal viruses are present a pap smear may diagnose vaginal infections or urethritis.
Mucus is usually clear becomes whitish when mixed with the cells discarded from the vagina walls. It has no odor and cannot lead to skin irritation or itching. Frequent douching, infections, and other factors can break the balance inside the vagina, leading to the appearance of curdy, yellow, green, or dark flows and discomforts.

This type of flow contains cervix and vagina secretions as well as epithelium and harmless bacteria and is considered normal in postpubertal women. It is produced regularly in small amounts to cleanse the vagina and keep the intestinal environment healthy.
