Lichens Sclerosis
Lichens sclerosis is not related to the urinary infection or a verruca.
An increased risk of developing vulval or penile cancer is associated with this infection. The most common sufferers of LS are post-menopausal women, although the disease can strike women of any age. It is not a contagious condition. In women, LS falls under the category of vulvodynia (chronic vulvar pain).
